Who can use the site

Your account
Please give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. Each account is for one person.
Sports information and fantasy advice
Our articles, rankings, injury notes, statistics and fantasy advice are opinion and general information. Rosters, injuries and schedules change quickly, and some of this data comes from third parties, so it may be out of date or wrong.
Nothing on the site is betting, financial or medical advice, and we do not guarantee any result. If you use our content to make decisions about fantasy contests, wagers or anything else, you do so at your own risk. If you gamble, do so legally and responsibly.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB or their teams or players. Their names, logos and other marks belong to their respective owners, and appear here only to identify them.
Our content
The articles, graphics and design of the site belong to us, our authors or our licensors, and are protected by copyright. You may read them, and share links to them, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything beyond that, including republishing our work, needs our permission. What you post
You are responsible for your comments and anything else you submit. You keep ownership of it, but you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, edit and distribute it in connection with the site, and that licence continues for content that stays on the site after you close your account.
You confirm that you have the right to post what you submit, and that it follows our community guidelines. We are not obliged to review what users post, but we may remove anything at our discretion. Authors should also read our guidelines for authors.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or infringe the rights of others;
- try to get around a paywall, security feature or rate limit, or access another person's account;
- scrape, copy or harvest the site's content in bulk, including to train software or an AI model, without our written permission;
- upload malware, or interfere with the running of the site;
- use the site to send spam or to promote goods or services without our permission.
Memberships
Paid memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Our membership terms explain billing, cancellation and refunds, and form part of these terms.
Other websites
The site links to and shows information from other websites and services, including league sites, news publishers and PayPal. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, contact us with a description of your work, a link to the material and your contact details, and we will look into it promptly.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the site or other users at risk. We may also change or stop any part of the site. The sections of these terms that are meant to last, such as those on licences and liability, continue after your account closes.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is accurate or suitable for any purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost winnings or lost data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 50 dollars. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of what you posted on the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province, state or country where the site's operator is based, and any dispute will be heard by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
